Best doctors office all the doctors and nurses are great my favorite doctor is Dr woznica he’s the best doctor I have ever had hands down he makes you feel like family doesn’t rush you out listens to what you are saying and gets the best treatment for you and your children I highly recommend this office and no matter which doctor you get you will be happy

Found my new primary care doctor. Everyone was kind and informative. Monika such sweet polish nurse. As for Doctor Alexander Shaw great guy very professional he makes feel very comfortable any questions you have in mind he will answer all your questions.

I have tried to have my mother’s medical records transferred to her new health provider. Five weeks ago her signed request was faxed over( by her current doctor’s office) and now I found out that Advent Health now has an outside company that takes care of the medical record transfer requests. So her faxed form is either sitting in a box or it was filed away”.I asked for a manager to contact me, because this is unacceptable that my 86 year old mother’s form was not faxed over to that outside company. I requested a returned phone call and I still have not heard back from the manager! So I guess, everyone is so busy that these medical record requests are a low priority,...read full review
