I walked by this neighborhood rug store for many years. I needed a rug for my office and found their rugs to be of beautiful high quality and prices were very competitive. Way better than many of the other neighborhood area rug stores I had visited before. Hossein and Shahrzad were very helpful in selecting what I was looking for and explaining the history and condition of the rugs I viewed and selected. I also had 5 Oriental rugs that had not been cleaned in many years (many, many years). Within a weeks time, my rugs were picked up at home, hand-cleaned, and returned to me like new. We have used Tribal Looms for cleaning and repairs of our Oriental carpets on 3 different occasions over the past 2 months. They have handled all our requests beyond our expectations. The repairs, cleaning and meeting the completion dates were everything that was promised. We are now considering using TL for our location in Florida. Thank you Hossein and Shahrzad!
