My wife and I have been coming here for eyebrow threading for years and always have a great experience. The service is top notch and the prices are reasonable. We'll continue to be customers for as long as we're in Chicago.
I had an amazing experience at Thread ’n’ Wax Beauty Bar, and I can’t recommend it enough. Sushama is truly exceptional at what she does. From the moment you sit in her chair, you can tell she’s incredibly skilled, patient, and detail-oriented. Her waxing technique is gentle yet very effective, and she makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. My brows always look clean, perfectly shaped, and natural. I always feel confident and happy with the results.
I've been coming to Shushma for over four years now, and that kind of loyalty speaks volumes about the service she provides. Before finding Thread 'n' Wax, I avoided eyebrow threading. It was always a painful experience at other places, and I would opt for waxing even though it’d irritate my skin. Shushma completely changed my mind since her process is incredibly fast and relatively painless.
