I had such a great experience with Sarah at Thistle & Thorn today. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes a truly holistic approach to care. She didn’t just focus on my main concern—she took the time to understand how everything in my body is connected and created a treatment plan that addressed the whole picture.

My wife has been fighting to recover through the medical system for years. Sarah has been the only person to move us forward on the path to recovery in sometime. I am grateful for her work and while a sceptic overall, I am convinced to give it a shot for my many injuries that I have let linger over the years.
Professional, knowledgeable, and amazing. Visited for shoulder and knee pain, walked out feeling like a million dollars. Highly recommend Sarah to friends and family looking to rid themselves of nagging/lingering pain.
