I've been seeing Jackie for my hair for almost a year and they're excellent!! They're incredibly professional and are quick to talk through what theyre doing and why when you ask. They're also great at adjusting the amount of conversation based on where you're at on any given day which is really lovely. Before seeing them, I had been cutting my own hair for over a decade out of fear of someone else doing it wrong, and they've done so much towards helping me feel comfortable with someone else working on my hair!!! Highly recommend!!!
