My furnace was making a strange sound. I called the recommended company on my furnace (Four Seasons). They were robotic, fast talking and concerned about how I was going to pay. I was leary, however, I scheduled. I went to view their ratings and was quick to cancel. The majority of their ratings are "1"! They asked me why was I canceling and I told them, it was their ratings. She hung up. I should have called Thermal Electric as I did with a previous home I had. He came right out, professional, spotted the issue and I was not only relieved that everything is working, the price was much lower than I expected. I'd give more stars if it was offered.
