I have had the most wonderful experience w/ Home Care Assistance. This is all new to me & my soon to be 80 yr old parents - my dad fell & broke his hip. The minute I met our assigned caregiver Verna- I knew she would be fabulous & just what we needed. She is so caring & helpful- she has truly become like a part of our family. And our Case Manager Shaun & his team are amazing- they have helped me w/ a couple of crisis situations when we didn’t have anyone on the weekend & realized we needed someone badly. Shaun & Team came through & had someone over to us a couple of hours later as well as Sunday. So helpful! I highly recommend Home Care Assistance!

Our family cannot begin to say what an absolute blessing, the caregivers and staff of Home Care Assistance of Greater Chicago has been to us, as they helped us navigate an impossibly difficult time in caring for our Mom (Grandma). I needed VERY particularly sensitive and skilled caregivers given my Mom's frail mindset and her physical needs. After speaking with the staff of HomeCare Assistance during this super stressful and frustrating time, they listened to me, and delivered literally the most compassionate, understanding and loving caregivers. I was helped through a difficult time by the very thoughtful people at Home Care Assistance. My mother was treated with dignity and respect during her final days and I am extremely grateful for the wonderful staff. Shaun Erno is a good man who really cares and Yvonne Romero is an angel.Thank You to everyone at Home Care Assistance.
