I had a deep tissue massage with Mark and a Diamond Glow facial with Colleen. I cannot say enough amazing things about them and the overall experience. Everything from the minute I checked in with the spa front desk folks to the locker room attendant, Cynthia, to the little extras throughout, and the services received were amazing and perfect. I will definitely return.
The spa and environment is absolutely gorgeous, I could have stayed for hours. The staff was exceptional and friendly. I got a 60 minute deep tissue with Emily - she was 10/10 and I am picky with my massages because I have an extremely tight back. She was absolutely unbelievable and I would definitely come back. I do not live in Chicago but I do visit every year.
Came here for Father’s Day weekend with my wife and one of my daughters. The spa was amazing. Emily was my massage therapist, and she gave the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had many. She listened to my needs and concerns and gave the perfect experience.
Great addition to our stay at this amazing hotel.
