The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. My massage was amazing and my friends were equally happy with their services. We also enjoyed a nice spread of appetizers and libations in the lounge area after our treatments, which was a great touch and made the experience feel even more special. The Spa at the Palmer House was absolutely the perfect choice for a pre-wedding girls' spa day. From a private yoga class to relaxing treatments to amazing food, drinks and gift bags, this lovely venue has it all. The Spa staff made sure we had a wonderful day -- they were so attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend The Spa for an unforgettable event at this historic hotel. The Spa at the Palmer House made it so easy to coordinate a recent group event for a bachelorette party. The communication was very quick. The group package prices were very reasonable compared to other spa locations. The facility had everything we needed and even better it was convenient to stay at the hotel. The ladies each got to choose their own spa service. It came with some food and bubbly that we enjoyed. Overall great experience. Would book again.
