I went for my first time to Bianca at her new location, 5715 W Irving Park Rd just now. She made me a customized lemon facial and talked me through my concerns. She was so gentle and I was so relaxed. My skin is glowing and I cannot wait for my next one. She asked me during if I was ok and comfortable many times. I told her I THOUGHT I had had a facial before, but after that with Bianca, I realized I never really had one before her! I literally told her when leaving "thank you for making me feel so beautiful"

Ok I think this is my first review ever but I think my visit to this spa deserves a review. I am newer to the brazillian waxing and always get so anxious when I go in for one because of previous painful experiences but this was probably the easiest brazillian i have gotten. Bianca made the process as comfortable and painless as it could possibly be. The enviornment is super cute and relaxing as well. Highly highly recommend you ladies get your waxing done here

I love having this place so close to home! I get my bikini waxes from here and Bianca is nice, professional & makes sure you feel comfortable throughout. She just opened up a new spot on Irving and it's huge! The address is 5715 w Irving park and its beautiful! 2 floors and murals she made are throughout the spa, wish I took some pictures to post! She is going to start offering Vagacials June 1st! Im so excited!! Love coming to her for waxing services and can't wait to try all the other services they offer!!
