I'm shocked at all the negative reviews here . . . I've had nothing but good experiences at this service center. Shout out to Tomy, Dennis and Javier for their expertise, willingness to explain (and show me) the issue. I was in and out in less than an hour to replace the aero shield (under the very front of the car) on my Y (thank you Chicago potholes and concrete speed bumps). I appreciate you guys - keep up the good work.

Tesla is so tech savvy lol. Followed the instructions on the app- dropped off my car. In passing a rep said hello Rebecca lol how cute. Left the car overnight due to traffic issues. My appointment was in the middle of my work shift. I didn't want any problems. We communicated through the app, services were covered and pickup was painless. Never seen a face throughout the entire process and the job was done completely. Car was charged! I was grateful because I live over an hr away. Very considerate considering the amount of business they get daily.
