I like the front desk people, very kind and friendly especially Antony (not sure if I spelled his name right?) :P
I told him about my vertigo issue, and I wanted to know if my PT had any later appointments since that time I couldn't drive in the morning and he let me know right away that there is also therapy for that, but I needed a referral from my doctor first. which I find it nice that he gave me the heads up on that. I LOVE my PT! Nancy. B. Very kind and very informative with things when I ask her stuff. I recently had surgery not too long ago and she gives me a better understanding about my post op then the doctor who did my surgery. I just got to be patient :D

Anthony said my orthopedic was "cold school" and didn't know what he was talking about. He didn't seem to care about me or my health. The place seem childish and uninformed. I would avoid it. It not a pace to heal.

I gave two stars because my first 9 seasons was with Claire PT she was amazing but generally don’t advice anyone to go there because the front desk staff unprofessional her name is Valerie she is so rude and racist I don’t what happened to the Swedish hospital hiring such people even the second PT was not good because I had surgery and the insurance gave them limited time for therapy and she didn’t put in schedule for 2weeks and I lost 2 sessions because of her.Extra the thing that they told me to do which was their job to call insurance even when I called the insurance they told either your doctor or Pt should call us not you so even when I spoke with her and the second PT they told this is not our work you should call the insurance.

I had meniscus surgery on Sept 15th and went to Swedish for the rehabon Oct 1 to make an appointment.....Today I went to my appointment and was informed we could start sometime in November.....It is October 5th.....I go back to work the first of November. Please, what a joke. Why would you go to this appointment to be told "We have no availability". I could not keep a straight face....seriously? If you are so booked why would you have me go for the evaluation with no possibility of having rehab? I know why ...they wanted me to check to see if anyone cancels...greedy, greed,y greedy. and how about I called billing last Friday to see cost but ....no call back.......Where else do you ask a price and no one knows anything. Guess I will go to a real Northshore hospital where the computer programs work and they have room for you to actually rehab!!!Great bait and switch Swedish.
