I love them and they are not ghetto. Ghetto people come there. They do their job and they do it well. Just don't go to people that are fresh in training and you should not have a problem.

i love the place. however, the information that is given about the hours of operation should be changed. when you google the business it states in bold black letters that they are open until 8 pm on saturdays. i arrived a little after 7 pm and they were closed.

The wait for service is always horrendously long. When you come in you're lucky to be acknowledged by the staff at all. You usually have to communicate with the other customers to see who's there for what to get an idea of your place in line and approximately how long you'll have to wait. I wouldn't come here for nails or feet. They are not sanitary or polite. And if that's not enough, they are not up on the latest nail trends at all. Even for something basic your nails just end up looking ok. They dont trim your nails, push back your cuticles or sanitize them before doing a full set which they're supposed to.
