Where do I even start?! I have been Kelsie’s client for the last 8 years and would have stayed forever if I hadn’t moved out of state. Kelsie is the best hairstylist I have ever been to. She really listens to her clients’ ideas and gives suggestions based on what she thinks will work best for individual needs. I have done everything from balayage, lighter shades, darker shades, pink tones, red tones, and extensions - all with Kelsie’s guidance on steps for long-term care. Kelsie even helped me prep my ideal hair color and style in the months leading up to my wedding. She’s honest, caring, and quick with communication. I cannot recommend Studio Marie enough!!!
When I first moved to Chicago as a blonde, I was really nervous to find someone who could give me that “icy” look without ruining my hair. Kelsie has done this for me & more. I’ve come back to see her for the past 6 years, and she’s been so great in terms of making me feel comfortable & pushing me outside of my comfort zone. Highly recommend her for any kind of hair coloring, from icy blonde to red. She’s amazing & you can tell how much she loves her clients and what she does.
I’ve been a client of Kels for almost ten years! She is so talented and kind and such an expert at what she does. She has taken me lighter, darker, through long hair and short hair, we have done extensions, and she has helped get my hair to be so much healthier. She’s amazing! Go see her!
