We went there to have a dress tailored. We talk with them about leaving the dress to be just at floor length had them measure it twice. The dress is almost to the knees and when we brought it to there attention, they refused to acknowledge the mistake. And would not give us our money back. Please don't come here for alterations. Save you money and clothes.

They put safety pins through what they labeled “a fancy dress” when it has hanger straps in it!! So now this expensive, and their words, fancy dress has holes in it that I cannot repair. Won’t be going back

I picked this dry cleaners due to their great reviews, unfortunately I had awful experience with the company. I needed my white winter jacket dry cleaned and a new zipper. The staff gave me a receipt with a date and time to pick up my jacket. When I arrived to pick up my jacket, they did not have it in the store. The staff told me they did not know when it would be ready and that it is a different location being fixed. I explained that I was frustrated because it’s my only winter jacket and I had paid money to take an uber to come pick the jacket up.
