Staff was really nice and did a great job for maní and pedi 🥰 I was a little nervous at first because I read some reviews with bad experiences but wanted to give the spa a try and really like it!
I had an appointment Friday (18th) for a dip manicure and a spa pedicure. By Sunday one nail had chipped. I call Monday to see if they will fix it. I explain over the phone and they tell me to come in at 6:30. I do which is crazy out of my way on a Monday afternoon. I get there to be told oh we can’t help you today, the dip tech isn’t here today. And I’m laughed at. But I called and made an appointment I plead and instead they flip to basically make fun of me that it’s already chipped. Never ever again. By Tuesday, another mail has chipped. Paid for dazzle dry which normally lasts over two weeks on me, manicure was done on Monday 3pm and polish chipped by Thursday. I stoped by on Saturday and asked for it to be redone, the gal just painted over the old coat all bubbly, grainy and sloppy while lecturing me..I thanked Michelle and left, won't be back. they could have fixed it and repair the relationship, but instead they choose to be unprofessional and ungrateful.
