Casey has always been consistently in point in my mani pedi callus/paraffin treatment services. She kindly told me to stop getting buff as it thins my already thin ? . I’m a clear fingernail ?? Lady. Anywhoo! I appreciate her for being so kind too! Always a gentle genuine ?!

Well, for someone who’s not from Chicago this was quiet the experience ?I’m not used to paying before getting my nails done. Not sure why they do it? Maybe it’s a security thing? Just rubbed me the wrong way because this implies that I could just decide to leave and not pay (am I a thief ? Do I look like one? lol )Also, they do not have those palettes that show you the nail polish colors/design . So you might spend a longtime finding what you want. I just had to pick a random color because I didn’t want to waste even more time finding that perfect brown nail polish I had in mind.Other than that, my overall experience was good.

Bad experience! I been coming here for one year. Seems like there discrimination towards colored people. Never happened before but all of a sudden it’s happening. They were not nice towards my mother. The person who did my mom’s manicure and pedicure was mean and she did not know how treat my mom. I told the lady working as the receptionist she made a note.
