South Chicago Plumbing And Heating Supply

Nothing compares to a mom-and-pop operation where all the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. It’s a completely different experience compared to going to one of the big-box stores. This store has literally saved me thousands and thousands of dollars over the years by taking the time to teach me how to DIY and properly guiding me through my projects.

Today’s experience was truly the cream of the crop. The knowledge, service, and willingness to help were exceptional. I couldn’t be more impressed or appreciative. This is exactly why I prefer supporting a local business over the big-box stores.

They were open on a Sunday, I had my furnace blower wheel explode when it was 3 degrees out.... South Chicago Plumbing and Heating Supply not only had the part I needed, it was $40 cheaper than I could order one online and I had it picked up and replaced quicker than I could have had a $200 emergency call scheduled and I still had time to set down for the Bears game by 5:30... They saved me in pinch, so they will be my go to from now on!

Above and beyond for the community. Would rather spend an extra dollar with them because they actually know their shit and will not steer you wrong. You cannot buy experience and honesty.
