Solo Salon - Elizabeth is a highly recommended hair and beauty destination. Customers consistently praise the salon's skilled stylists and welcoming atmosphere. Lisette provided fantastic bridal hair and makeup services, being responsive to requests and demonstrating expertise. The salon is very chic and comfy, and the customer service from the desk was top-notch. Lisette is incredibly experienced and also very stylish—she knew exactly what to do with the client's hair and talked them through it. Mallory was communicative throughout the process, and the price transparency was very appreciated. Mallory is crazy talented and cancelled out leftover blue/green after removing the color better than thought possible, and achieved an amazing final result without bleach and with the integrity of the very fine hair in tact. Mallory fixed crazy layers that were not blending in with the rest of the hair, and only needed a trim for the hair to feel healthy and smooth again. Jess is bubbly, fun, and somehow knows exactly what you want and what you need. Jess is the best for a lived-in blonde, and it lasts for months.
This was my first haircut at Solo and with Lisette as I just moved to the city! I would recommend Solo to everyone in the area, in fact, I already have my next appointment for a color this week!

Lisette is i credibly experienced and also very stylish—she knew exactly what to do with my crazy hair! She talked me through it, asked questions, and I love my cut!!

I was so afraid to get my hair done after my previous stylist moved out of state, but I have definitely found a new stylist i trust! I saw Mallory for a color correction and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. I have had every color hair under the sun and knew going from a grown out vivid blue/purple balayage to brunette would be a challenge and Mallory knocked it out of the park. My consultation went so well and the price transparency was very appreciated. Mallory was communicative throughout the process. She’s bubbly, fun, and somehow knows exactly what you want and what you need even when you don’t
After my first appointment, I realized the tone was a little warmer than I pictured (to be clear: I asked for it that way). I reached out to Jess and she was incredibly patient and understanding with a girl who didn’t even know how to explain what she was asking for.
She brought me back in, brightened things up, and absolutely NAILED it. I walked out with exactly what I envisioned (even better, honestly)
