One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time! I spotted a beautiful rug on their website and reached out to the store. Kendrick got back to me right away, confirmed availability, and even let me take it home to try out for free.
Kendrick was fantastic throughout the whole process, friendly, helpful and gave me great recommendations. He also offered delivery, which made everything so easy.
The store’s selection is gorgeous and the customer service is incredible! Highly recommend!
I cant say enough amazing things about my experience with Oscar and his team at the Kinzie location! They were so helpful and patient as we searched for the perfect rugs for our home. Definitely will be using them in the future and making sure my friends know to come by!
