I’ve been seeing Alexis for years and couldn’t be happier that she has her beautiful new space at Skin Q in Glen Ellyn! I had a waxing service today, and as always, the experience was amazing. Alexis is professional, thorough, and makes every appointment comfortable.
Her new suite is absolutely gorgeous—clean, welcoming, and beautifully designed. If you’re looking for a skilled wax specialist who truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Alexis. Congratulations on the new space!
I've been seeing Ashley J for almost 2 years. She was at the Roscoe Village location and moved to the Andersonville location. I followed her because she is true magician in skincare. When I first started to see Ashley, my hormonal acne was out of control. Within 3 months, Ashley was able to clear up my acne! She took the time to look over the ingredients of my skincare products and explained why it did not work for me. Also, she explained how an excess of certain vitamins can contribute to acne. I continue to see her every month because I personally enjoy each facial I get with her. I barely get a pimple (except time of month) all because of Ashley's expertise.... read full review
I couldn't recommend Alexis more at SkinQ! She made the environment so welcoming and relaxing. She was able to look at my skin and give me knowledgeable recommendations based on my concerns and her observations. I booked both a HydraFacial and brow wax and I was sad I had no plans the rest of the night because my skin was glowing!
I will be returning for my future services with Alexis and I look forward to seeing my skin continue to improve over time. Thank you!
