I’ve been going to Kim for laser hair removal since last summer and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s incredibly professional and always makes me feel comfortable and safe during every appointment. Everything is spotless and you can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. I’ve had such a great experience with her! definitely recommend!

Kim is incredible. She was super communicative prior to the appointment, very kind and easy to schedule with. On the day of my appointment, I had some unforeseen issues getting there, but Kim was extremely patient and accommodating about the situation. She talked me through the process, after effects, and explained what was going on with the spot I wanted treatment for (broken vessels/capillaries on my nose). The procedure itself was SO quick and simple, and the price was great for the service. I’m so glad I decided to start coming here to do laser hair removal. Kimberly was so sweet & honest with her approach. I loved her transparency. I thought I wanted ‘full face’ laser but she explained to me that ‘half face’ is really enough. I showed her my forehead & asked her directly ‘you don’t think this needs to be lasered?’ She looked & said no. I found her honesty very comforting. I knew that I was in good hands.
