Hands down, Darrell Sims (owner of Sims & Sons Electric and Plumbing) is awesome. He really is a knowledgeable and trustworthy electrician and great friend that's amazing at what he does, and keeps on being his normal fun self while he's working, and keeps you informed of what's going on the whole time—which somehow he knows to do so only when you actually want to hear it!

My stove breaker tripped and I was worried about what might have caused it. I called and got a call back almost immediately - he helped walk me through a quick troubleshoot, found the issue to be that my microwave on the same breaker needed to be replaced. We were done in 15mins and I was able to keep cooking! Quick, respectful, informative, and efficient!

Looking for the 10 star option! I was changing light switches in a condo and ran into issues with a double switch on 2 different circuits. It was a Sunday and Mother's Day so trying to get assistance was a challenge. I found Sims on the internet and called. Darrell (the owner) answered and helped me out over the phone. This is next level customer service and I was more than impressed with his knowledge and ability to walk me through the process. I'm so glad I found this company!
