Hands down, Darrell Sims (owner of Sims & Sons Electric and Plumbing) is awesome. He really is a knowledgeable and trustworthy electrician and great friend that's amazing at what he does, and keeps on being his normal fun self while he's working, and keeps you informed of what's going on the whole time—which somehow he knows to do so only when you actually want to hear it!

I had a small electrical emergency and the owner personally came out on his time off to make sure everything was safe and taken care of. That kind of dedication and service is rare these days. Truly impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care this company shows for their customers. Highly recommend!

Dylan and Timothy were able to get us in within a few days, and did a fantastic job. They explained clearly what needed to be done, and why. And were kind enough to show us a few areas in our older homes dry wall that we should watch out during our upcoming construction project. They were great about communicating during each step of the project, even though it only took a few hours. We did come out over the initial quote, but this was because the previous area was not up to code, something that could not be predicted. I am grateful that Timothy and Dylan were able to identify that, explained it well, and made sure perform a high quality installation that keeps our home... read full review
