Customers describe it as one of the best self-care experiences, worth every penny, and a fully immersive scalp massage experience. The establishment is very clean, with every detail feeling intentional. Treatments leave hair and scalp feeling incredibly cared for, softer, glossier, and free of concerns. The experience is very relaxing and rejuvenating, highly recommended for a day of relaxation. It is easy to get to via the train, making it a convenient and heavenly retreat.
Everything was amazing from beginning until end. I’m pretty sure I knocked out and started snoring at one point. When I left after my service, I thought I had lost my wallet so I called back and the staff was so friendly and checked every single room for me.
I had the tea tree, scalp massage, and it was incredible. They give you a robe and slippers and the blow dryer afterwards was awesome. They had snacks and water available and the woman who was my masseuse was so sweet and very caring. The only thing is that at the beginning of my massage there were other customers in the front who were talking loudly and there wasn’t any music playing in my room so all I could hear was them talking, which was a little bit hard to relax, but once the water turned on, I couldn’t hear it anymore. Overall amazing experience and the staff is so friendly and kind.
