The establishment is very clean, with every detail feeling intentional. Treatments leave hair and scalp feeling incredibly cared for, softer, glossier, and free of concerns. The experience is very relaxing and rejuvenating, highly recommended for a day of relaxation. It is easy to get to via the train, making it a convenient and heavenly retreat.
One of the best self-care experiences I’ve ever had. Zoe was so attentive, kind and very skilled at her craft. I tried the KERASTASE Hair Care for 1.5 hours and was in heaven the whole time. If I lived nearby, I would visit monthly. Highly highly recommend! Easy to get to via the train.
Service was great, this is my second time at this hair scalp spa. I went last year in September and I loved it so I wanted to come back. I wish I came back sooner, I've just been busy. The treatment felt so relaxing, it includes a short massage on your neck, shoulders, arms and legs & a camera image to see your scalp before and after the treatment so you can actually see the difference. It was about 80 mins which included a blow dry. My hair/scalp/head feels so much cleaner & the treatment got rid of all the buildup, grease and oily residue. Great experience, 10/10 & I will be back in about a month! Give it a try if you've never done it, it is worth it. Highly recommend.
This was a fully immersive scalp massage experience. Staff were kind and well trained and the establishment was very clean. We were sent home with a goodie bag of snacks. Super easy to get to from the train. Overall 12/10 experience.
