We shipped five items using Ship Smart's white-glove service.
Initially, we received an estimate, and my sister sent the five items. However, after shipping, we were informed of a significant price increase due to the option of crating. This unexpected adjustment felt unfair and left me questioning the transparency of the process.

EDIT: Edited on 10/13. I received a call from the owner who was genuinely sorry about my experience and we were able to work out a fair refund as compensation. I did appreciate that they ended up contacting me and making amends. ___________\ All around terrible experience with Shipsmart. Ship times were quoted at 3 to 4 weeks and ended up being over 6 weeks. Several items of furniture arrived totally damaged. They took apart almost every piece of furniture and not surprisingly misplaced a bracket that is needed to assemble our bed frame. Customer service tells me they've sent me a replacement bracket and turns out they mailed it to a totally random address in SC... read full review

Ship Smart made moving my small shipment across country so easy. Immediate and accurate pricing, speedy pick up and delivery, and friendly and professional coordinators that kept me updated on the status of my shipment throughout the process. Very grateful for their help and would use again!
