This review reflects an initially frustrating experience that was ultimately resolved with clear communication and dedicated customer service.

We shipped five items using Ship Smart's white-glove service.

Initially, we received an estimate, and my sister sent the five items. However, after shipping, we were informed of a significant price increase due to the option of crating. This unexpected adjustment felt unfair and left me questioning the transparency of the process.
