I have been coming to this seva for years and I usually always get my eyebrows threaded by the man or one of the Indian girls, but this time I was in a rush so I decided to let another girl do my eyebrows. She was was threading so hard that the thread snapped and nicked me. Midway through the service she asks if I’ve noticed a bald spot on my eyebrow, which nobody has ever mentioned before. Once she was done, my eyebrows were more thin that I was used to and were burning! Next day my eyebrows are still burning! I have several nicks and the skin around my eyebrows is inflamed. This place has nice management. The environment has a calm presence.This is the only place I will do my eyebrows ( I do waxing, threading is great too, but my preference is waxing). I like how they shape it and the ladies are gentle. It gets busy but management is ready and aware on how to speed up the process. I haven't had a bad experience. It is a gem inside Ford City.

I've had my eyebrows threaded by both Jayshree and Anita! They do great work and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Wait times is less than 10 minutes. Very clean and friendly environment.
