Alex and team did a great job with the pick up of the equipment from Servpro. The codo smells better and the work that Servpro completed was exactly what we expected vs the prior company we had hired . We are happy with Servpro and their service for this portion of our mitigation.
Sinoe Torres and his crew were prompt in our request for service after our hot water heater failed. We had no idea how far the water had traveled under the laminate flooring until they removed the flooring. The mold had already begun to appear and spread inside the walls and floorboards only a few hours and days after the event. The Servpro team was very polite, efficient, respectful and let us know what was happening every step of the way. Under the Servpro umbrella, we will be able to get our space back to normal conditions in no time.Thank you Servpro.
