Not a native Chicagoan but it was recommended by a local beautiful waitress. It was worth the trip from Downtown Chicago. Great service, polite and delivered exactly what my hair needed. It feels soft and complimentary to my face. It looks fuller and very easy to style.

Came in for a full set of highlights and was pleasantly delighted with the outcome. I felt beautiful, picked up my self esteem and also got so many compliments.The only thing I didn’t like was that my hair looked a bit dull and dry after.I still loved and recommend Gladis’s work.Services: Hair highlighting
