This was my first encounter with this establishment. I can say it was a pleasant experience working with the owner Ed Baker Eduardo and crew who did a fabulous job installing my fencing. The office personal Maggie and Dennis was fantastic as well. They all are very responsive. Personally I prefer a family own business as this is their bread and butter so most of the time they are morebuy attentive to your needs. This company really impressed me with their quality of work and I look forward to doing more work with them next year. I highly recommend this company and I dont recommend just anyone this highly.
Overall we had a great experience! Josh was super easy to work with. We initially asked for a quote for tuckpointing for one side of our building, then added on some concrete work, and then additional tuckpointing. Despite the back and forth, Josh was never anything but pleasant. Our quotes were provided quickly and communication was always prompt. Pricing was very fair and work was skillful and completed on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Second City; these are now definitely our go to guys for our home and rental properties.
We’ve used Second City on two different projects and have been very pleased with their work, communication and timeliness. Our last project, we hired them for the roof, framing and building enclosure, and they - along with their subs - did great work. Would definitely hire them again and would recommend.
