I went to a service at the Seals Funeral Home. The seals Funeral Home is being used by Otto Ali Funeral Services. The deceased was wrapped in a sheet in a combustible casket. The only part of the body that could be seen was the deceased head. The latrine was dirty and the seats were bunched together. Mr. Otto Ali is only after money. If he had truly cared about the family he would have never presented a corpse in a casket like that. It was the worse Funeral I have ever seen.
My Dad passed on Christmas Eve. I had his funeral Jan. 8th. I haven't received his ashes nor the death certificates. I may have to take legal action & go to the better business bureau. I called them at least 3-4 times a week. They kept saying Friday Friday Friday!!!!! I recently went this pass Saturday and they said for sure Wednesday @11am. I went up there today and Ali & His wife weren't there. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS USE THIS FUNERAL HOME! I WANT A REFUND! I HAVE EVIDENT PROOF OF CONVERSATIONS & AGREEMENTS.
