My experience with Tatiana, who goes by AnointedLocsstudios or Trophy Legacy on social media, was absolutely horrible. I paid $2,600 total (including a $200 deposit) for a service that was never completed. She promised my hair would be finished by Thursday, but that never happened. She took the full payment before the work was done and then refused to give a refund, using a “no refund” policy as an excuse even though the service was clearly unfinished.This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
