Savad's Hair Store

I came to @savadshairstore about a month ago and preached to her about how I heard good reviews on her hair, and I was purchasing hair for my birthday. Stepping foot in that salon/ hair store was the biggest mistake. I purchased 3 bundles and a closure from this company. It totaled out to be about $360. In person when we were at the store and even the bundles that I received were very soft and seemed like really good hair, or that’s what I thought. About 2 weeks later I installed the hair, and that’s when I found out that this hair was pure crap. When straightened the hair matts , and tangled. Every time I run a finger through this hair it sheds.. I can’t leave home without a comb because it tangles so easily. I don’t usually take my problems to social media, but my money has been wasted and I feel a way about it. I called this company and came to her in the most respectable way. I addressed my concern to her about the hair, I didn’t ask for my money back I just wanted to see if she maybe would be able to switch the hair out or give me SOME of my money back, but nope instead she told me that when buying her hair it’s not promising that I would get what I paid for. That my friend I call false advertisement, and very unprofessional. If you are supposedly a business owner you should be able to speak nothing but good things about the company, and the things that you provide to your customers. I would not recommend this hair to ANYONE. If you guys heard about @savadshairstore and thought about purchasing hair DON’T. SN: any of my close friends who I recommended this hair too, I’m sorry.
