I had several video appointments with dr Braunstein and so far, she is the best doctor I ever met! She listens, she cares, you can talk to her and she doesn't rush. I had a doctor previously who instead of "hello" and "how are you" asked me when he walked into the room:"What do you want from me?!" I was looking for a new doctor ever since.. I am very pleased that finally, I met a doctor who is knowledgeable , caring, and who treats you like a human being.

I would have to agree with the 2 negative reviews on here. I've taken my elderly dad to her a couple of times, but I think we're going to look for a new Dr cause she's extremely rude & condescending like the other 2 reviews said. Don't waste your time seeing her, unless you want to get yelled at.Oh & did I say that my mom stopped seeing her also because of how rude the Dr was?

Dr. Braunstein is awesome. She always takes the time and really listens to my concerns. She has been treating me for over 28 years. I'm so sorry I moved out of state and she won't be my family physician anymore.
