I go to Chloe and she always does my hair good! My first time visiting Ricci Kapricci on Fullerton was in August. I knew I wanted to go to a darker brunette but Chloe took it a step further and recommended some red undertones for me as she thought it would match well with my complexion. I was a little skeptical, but was looking for a little change so I said sure why not. THANK GOODNESS I decided to go with it because I have never loved a hair color on me more. It was my first time at this salon and I had a very pleasant experience. Chloè was phenomenal! I'm not very girly/know much about hair care and Chloè seemed to pick up on that and was able to ask me questions in a way that I understood. She also suggested products that were low maintenance that would help me take care of my hair. The cut she did was amazing and ended up being everything I wanted. I'm introverted and sometimes get nervous in these situations and Chloè was great about reading that too and gave me time to be in silence, but still engaged in conversation with me at a level that was nice and friendly. Went in for a balayage and haircut, and I just loved everything. The front desk people (sorry, didn't catch their names) were very welcoming and professional. Megan took great care of my hair and it looked so amazing. I would highly recommend this place to others, plus they have coffee there haha.
