Brandon was very knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions about what to expect. He even helped with registration of the new sump pump when I called after he'd left. He was quite a bit later than my scheduled appointment, but I understand with this kind of work the timing can change. That's the only reason for not getting 5 stars. Otherwise, it was top notch work.
We had a clogged main line to the city sewer. Rotor Rooter came out within 45 mins and unplugged our main line. This was right before a major rain storm. I highly recommend the company. One of the best services experiences I have had in decades.
Excellent service by the plumbers in resolving the drain cleaning problem. They arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and worked professionally to fix the blockage.
