Some of the guys are ok in terms of them helping you out, some are rude if you dont know what you're looking for, the lady at Cashier has a temper and is very rude from jump. 3 stars seems appropriate because, not all employees are bad its just working on the customer service part and attitude from the cashier. I've purchased for over 5 years at this location. Some parts great and some bad but, thats what happens at JunkYards.

They every part I needed & the prices are reasonable when it comes to certain parts but me personally, I wouldn't charge too much for used parts because them parts be sitting to long & may not function properly but good thing they allow refunds.

I’ve bought 2 automatic transmissions from these guys and they both slipped out and broke ? 2 and a half years later I went back for a door with my girlfriend. I asked for a silver door and they said they have it, it’ll be ready in about 2 days (they were closed Monday or Sunday). I came to receive my door but we waited an hour and it seems that the front end customer service had some miscommunication with the scrapping team so there was a back and forth trying to figure out where my door was as I saw a flux of customers in and out.
