I’m an amateur athlete with a rather extensive workout routine including : moderate/heavy weights, calisthenics, wake boarding , kitesurfing , snowboarding, swimming and occasionally boxing. I happened to be a surgeon by occupation and had some knowledge about the healing properties of cryotherapy. However I was somewhat skeptical it would help to alleviate my shoulder pain.
