I visited Return to Youth spa for their Far Infra Red Sauna. Kerry, the very knowledgeable and personable owner couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the benefits of using the sauna. The sauna itself is an amazing experience and unlike a traditional sauna in that the sauna's infrared rays painlessly penetrate the skin providing healing and relaxation. Sauna sessions are available in either a 20 or 30 minute duration. You can't go wrong with either duration, as both will leave you feeling rejuvenated and invigorated. Brazilian wax was absolutely painless even a few days later. The entire process was quick and my skin did not get irritated at all. This is the first place I've ever gotten a waxing where I left feeling at ease as if I was good to go right away and there would be no problems! I love it and will definitely come back! :-) Ambiance was very relaxing. Parking was easy. The owner is very friendly and professional.

Return to Youth plays an instrumental role in my wellness regime. Kerry, the owner, is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about how to achieve and live a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, she is always willing to share her learned expertise around integrative medicine. Her genuine care and concern for her clients is such a plus. The two saunas they have are made by Heavenly Heat. After extensively researching infrared saunas, I learned that Heavenly Heat saunas are the best in the business as they don't use use toxic glues, etc and have low EMF's.
