Long story short, if anyone is considering dealing with the Chicago Restore location, please reconsider! My point of contact was Brittany Shorette, Cindy (the manager), and Sean Feldman. This location was very deceitful when it came to the monetary side of things. Once I made the decision not to work with Restore and canceled my procedure, Cindy, the manager, was not pleased. She made it obvious she would not refund my money. She said, "We are not going to refund you. You’re going to use the money you’ve already given us!" I went in like everyone... skeptical of whether or not this would actually work and expecting to be quoted an outrageous amount of money. I bit the bullet and decided to at least do my free consultation (and to pick up my free shampoo and hair gummy bears). It was so low pressure, so casual, so comfortable. Jason, the customer rep I met with, ran through all options and not once did I feel pushed into doing anything or looking into more expensive procedures. He seemed to genuinely care about my concerns, my budget, my goals, and laid an extremely realistic expectation on what the cheaper procedures would actually do.
