Dr. Bonnie is phenomenal. Even after moving to Texas, she's been there to give advice on an unsatisfactory Botox job (the unsatisfactory Botox happened in Texas and was not with Dr. Bonnie). She was able to point out exactly what was wrong and because of this, I was able to get this fixed. While living in Chicago I would only see her for treatment. Always with great results!

I’ve been going to Refine Medical Spa for 10+ years and I would not trust my face in the hands of anyone other then Dr. Vulich. After an appointment with her I not only look ten years younger, but I feel ten years younger as well. The treatments I have received are Botox, lip filler, under eye filler, marionette lines filler and different types of facials. I’ve been extremely happy with every treatment I’ve received over the years and never was disappointed in the results. Dr. Vulich is the one to see while you're in Chicago. I have been coming here for years and honestly, I don't know if the treatments or customer service is better. Dr. Vulich actually takes the time to listen to what results I'm looking for and ensures the best service. I always feel comfortable and know I'm in good hands. I've had the most incredible facials. The laser hair removal has been very successful for me as well. (Those Eastern European hair genes are no joke).
