I decided to call Rangel after receiving a quote of $12,000 from someone else saying I needed to replace the system completely. Rangel was able to help me with my upstairs furnace last time so I decided to call them again. They were able to fit me in on the same day and he was able to fix the furnace and fluid pipe. Fidel was honest about the furnace's condition and explained all of the work he was going to do and why he was going to do it. I really appreciate it because the heater is now back on and working. He also went back into the crawlspace to get me a picture of where to put my filter, and fixed my door to the crawlspace without any prompting ensuring it closed... read full review
They bent over backwards to make sure we got a part on a super cold day and we couldn't make it till after they closed and worked with us to make sure we could get the part we needed so our pipes didnt freeze in our home. Thank you!! You cant find there type of service anymore!
Great experience with Rangel. 3 years ago Four Season told us to replace our whole AC system ($10k+)…Rangel came, diagnosed and fixed it very quickly.
Fast forward, our heater stopped working last night and he came this morning to fix it right away. I appreciate their honesty. They also have a store so they have all the parts available right away. Will call them all the time now.
