I recently used this firm to deal with a particularly difficult and evasive tenant situation, and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. They were professional, discreet, and efficient throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent — they kept me informed at every stage and made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation completely hassle-free. Despite the challenges involved, the job was completed quickly and exactly as promised. If you're a landlord dealing with a difficult tenant, look no further. My family recently had a personal bag go missing on a flight into Chicago. Once the airline finally recovered the bag they paid to have the bag shipped overnight to us through FedEx. However, what was supposed to be an overnight delivery turned into a weeks long mystery as it went missing under suspicious circumstances.
