I had a very disappointing experience with R&R Glass, specifically working with Arturo.

Several months ago, I contacted them about a small glass project. Arturo sent me a quote, and I signed and returned it. After that, communication completely fell apart.

I followed up numerous times by phone, but my calls were never returned. The only responses I received were occasional text messages saying he would call me back—which never happened. I even contacted the office, and the receptionist had no idea what was going on. Eventually, I was told the order had never been processed because it had been overlooked.

The driver must have been drunk at 7:30AM, while I was on my way to work. They nearly killed me. We were driving side by side on 88, then they suddenly ram into the side of my car. Thankfully I moved to the shoulder but there was damage to my cars paint. Then he had the audacity to follow me and get in front of me again, trying to prove a point.
