We had a great experience at Quest - Tamera was our phlebotomist; She was kind, professional and quick! Making an appointment online was easy.
My only feedback is that it's not easy to get a person on the phone beforehand to answer any questions - Luckily, all worked out. Pricing transparency was fantastic (all listed online, was run through insurance prior to labs) - other health institutions should follow this model!

Testing location: 11/10, Quest being a reliable company: 2/10
I had to do a pre-employment drug screening. I did it, then the next week when I was supposed to start work, I was informed that Quest had a system-wide outage. I had to wait two more weeks to start my new job and lost two weeks of pay because I had to go back and do the whole thing again.
On the other hand, my two appointments at the 424 Division St. Jewel Osco location were great. The doctors are so friendly, patient, and personable. I've recommended this location to friends who are starting new jobs or have to get testing for any reason - I will definitely go out... read full review

My experience was very nice!
Quick and easy check in (needed to scan my insurance card again, although I put this information during online appointment scheduling).
I was on time for my appointment and didn't wait any time. Process was quick and smooth. This will be my go to lab.
