We booked with Frankie because he was recommended by a friend. It's was a difficult to find artist who those this sculpting Nails with butterflies and 3d flowers. My daughter found this online it was a challenge to find someone. He was up for the task and had everything she needed to please her. It was her a Quinceañera. So happy with his work.
