Called Quality Service Pro’s to clean out an apartment and basement, they were there early to give me an estimate. They were able to start the job the following day, Noe and his crew came out on time removed everything I designated and cleaned up after. Luis and Noe were very professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
This is 100 percent a safe hire I would highly recommend. I own a multi unit apartment in the Chicago area that needed an entire first floor flooring down to the joist replaced. Luis and his team showed up on time and with able bodied workers and did the job. I didn’t have to chase him down to show up or for a timeline the work was done. For those that have been scammed before you will not have this problem with Luis. Pending a final inspection of the job done on my property I will return for another review but so far things have gone extremely well.
I've hired Luis and team twice now for plaster removal, drywall repairs and demo. WONDERFUL work! I had water damage in one area of my ceiling and they did a great job blending the repair section with the existing plaster. Each spot was primed and ready to go for painting. They left the job site very clean and hauled away all debris. I would definitely hire them again.
