i went in for a peel recently and lauren was assigned to work with me. she looked at my skin and gently talked me out of the procedure because of concerns about exacerbating the underlying issue. i was super disappointed and she was truly so, so thoughtful and kind and made helpful recommendations. i know doing that took money out of her pocket and i think many places would have just gone ahead and truly wrecked my skin. super appreciative of her and looking forward to going back because i know i can trust she isn’t upselling and instead prioritizing results for people. thank you!!

I’ve been going to medi spa since 2019. Everyone that’s ever worked with me has impressed me. I love their monthly specials too! Now, all of my friends go there. It’s like a little family reunion!

Its quick and easy and there is usually a sale or a Groupon going on. If you need a touch up after 2 week, you can go on and they’ll take care of it for you. Ive only had to do this once because they usually do a perfect job on the first time
