I had a great experience here at Etape. Ms. Sharon was phenomenal and cut my hair proportional to my face shape and it feels so much lighter. I highly recommend and they are experienced for Asian hair and all hair.
Great experience. Waited just a little bit past my appt time - about 15 min, which is not bad at all relative to other shops in Chinatown. Staff was friendly and speak English well. Eric, my barber, was friendly, efficient, and checked several times during my appt if I liked the style / length. It was a little pricey - $34 for men's trim, but it was well worth the money for me.
