Not consistent. My daughter, husband, and I all got tested same day. I tested 4 hours earlier. They got their results the next day. I'm at 54 hours and counting and no results yet. I guess at this point I'll take a rapid and call it a day.

I had a good experience getting my son tested two days ago. We made an appointment for a booster today (Tuesday, Dec. 22) at 1 p.m. and showed up at 12:50. The line is all the way down Claremont! I understand the sudden demand, but there also seems to be no differentiation in the two lanes between those with appointments and those without. What good is an appointment? We’ve now been in line nearly an hour!!!! And cars who are not visiting this site are trying to get by on this one way street, one of which drove so crazy I thought he was going to hit us. This is dangerous and frustrating.

This place is great for the drive thru Covid booster vaccine. They also offer initial and second dose vaccinations. I made appointments online, but it didn’t seem necessary as they weren’t busy. I brought my 7 uncles and aunts and my mom. All you need is your vaccine card (if getting the booster or second dose) and ID. It was so easy and quick. Highly recommend.

Was very happy to go through the testing process as it was fast and had the friendliest staff. My results came in 2 days later as expected. I have tested at many other places and the results came back many days later or even inconclusive like at CVS. So going here and only here from now on

On Tuesday, March 30, Jain Society of Metropolitan Chicago hosted a Covid-19 vaccine drive with great arrangements from Prism Health Lab. Prism professionally arranged a drive with experienced medical staff, a user-friendly check-in process and with their sanitization team. Prism and Jain Society of Metropolitan Chicago was always ensuring that drive is conducted adhering to defined guidelines. The drive served Bartlett residents, Police and Fire department staff, neighboring communities and many more. Thank you Prism and Jain Society of Metropolitan Chicago.

My husband took the Covid-19 test and they stated it would take 24 to 72 hours to get the results. We called after the 72 hours and they stated the exam was cancelled with no explanation and didnt notify us. We had to call twice to get an answer. I don't recommend them at all. They also made my daughter go back to retest since they had the wrong test tubes.

On March 13, 2021 I registered to receive COVID-19 vaccine, through Prism, on March 20, 2021. On March 20, 2021 I woke up to a missed call from the previous night at 11:19pm letting me know they had cancelled my appointment for that day and not to come to the vaccination site. When I spoke with a Prism representative on the phone they claimed no knowledge of my appointment and insisted that nobody had called me since they closed at 7:00pm the night before. They also claimed not to see me in their system, even though I had called to confirm my appointment on March 14th. To further add to the mess, the representative on the phone said that they had closed the vaccination site on March 18th, and nobody had been called to alert them not to show up. Prism has been disorganized and careless with the personal information I submitted to them in order to receive a COVID 19 vaccine that they will no longer be able to administer.
